Have a Proper Ventilation System in Place

Have a Smoking Zone Outside

Most offices have a designated smoking zone that is present within the premises of the office. However, by having a smoking zone within the office, you are allowing smoke pollutants to infiltrate the office environment. So have a smoking zone away from the main office area so that non-smokers and fellow workers are not affected by the presence of toxins.

Have Low Cubicle Walls

The cubicle setup has become immensely popular in offices and most offices are adopting the cubicle approach to set up their offices. If your office has used cubicles, then ensure that the cubicle environment isn’t too cramped and the walls of the cubicle are at a low height.
